Herkomst koffiebonen
Fraijanes Plateau, zoals de naam al bevestigd, ligt een groot gedeelte van deze regio op een bergplateau. Ook hier wordt de grond regelmatig voorzien van voldoende mineralen door vulkaanuitbarstingen. Het klimaat kan hier flink variëren, van veel regen, wind en vorst in de wintermaanden. Toch zal hier regelmatig de zon ook schijnen, zodat de koffiebonen goed gedroogd kunnen worden. De koffie heeft een volle body, een aroma die aan amandelen doet denken met een aromatische smaak.
